This is our first of four activity packets for the year and, as always, the goal is simple: look through it ahead of time and choose one or more things that will enhance your celebration of the season.  A typical seasonal activity packet includes ideas for food, crafts, prayer, old favorites, and new ideas – something for everyone.

I would typically encourage you to try something new for the season, but I feel like so much has changed already and we’re really going to value those things that seem like an anchor to “normal.” So maybe making an extra effort to be faithful to your Advent wreath prayers or your Our Lady of Guadalupe celebrations or whatever you normally do will be enough. BUT if you do want great ideas for focusing on the celebration of Advent as a season, we’ve got a bunch in this packet.
