Parents, there are a few things you may want to do right away to be better prepared for this month’s Home Lessons:

1. In the Resurrection Appearances of Jesus lesson, you’ll want to prepare for the activity on page 4.  Using a small paintbrush or Q-tip, write the word “appearing” with lemon juice on the activity page.  It’ll take a day or two to dry, so do it right away and you’ll be ready!
2. For the same lesson, if you have small children who do not cut on the lines will, you may want to cut out all your “risen Jesus” pictures ahead of time, so they’re ready for your kids to glue into the book as you read.
3. For the Coming Together of the Christian Church lesson, you’ll need a small cup of dirt and a stone for each child.  You’ll also want to prepare the surprise “plant” that will bloom by cutting out the stem/leaves from the green sheet and attaching each child’s photo to the top.  Affixing a Popsicle stick to the back of each will help them stand nice and straight.
