When asked about the impact Family Formation has had on the families in his parish, one DRE replied, “I hear a lot of  ‘I didn’t know that,’ or ‘I never learned or understood that when I was young’.”

On a similar note, another DRE answered this question by saying, “One of the very best things that I see happening in our parish as a result of Family Formation is that the parents, who were catechized very minimally after after Vatican II are being catechized along with their children!”
