The Domestic Church Finds a Home

From one parish’s survey:

  • Family Formation has taught us more about our Catholic faith…use the children as the carrot!
  • We are starting to pray together as family.
  • It’s encouraged our family to start praying the family rosary.
  • It has brought us back to our faith.
  • We are finding support through other families in the church.
  • We like some of the speakers each month and are learning more about our faith through them.
  • It’s fun to learn along with our children.
  • It is bringing our family closer together. We’re learning and building knowledge about the faith with our children.
  • Learning at home with the children enables us to spend time as family with God. We have definitely grown close as a family by doing the lessons.
  • They have been worthwhile for my children’s faith and growth in their knowledge of Christ.
  • It’s great to be praying together and doing lessons together.
  • Ensured time is spent as a family in prayer and learning about the Church.
  • It has opened the door to so much more—I have a lot to learn.
  • I enjoy growing and learn with other families in the parish.
  • Learned a bunch from people around me–enjoyed being with other Catholic adults.
