Welcome to the seventh month of Family Formation FOUNDATIONS!
Last month we spent a lot of time with some of the things which make the Catholic Church different. There are many Christians from other traditions but from the very beginning, when the Church was founded by Jesus, He left it with some very clear defining characteristics to form it and unify it, and that keep it moving forward, essentially unchanged, even after more than 2,000 years.
One thing that is very unique to the Catholic Church is Mass where we go each and every week to worship God in the way He taught us. Jesus very specifically said, DO THIS IN MEMORY OF ME, and it is only at Mass where that happens. And we learned about the Eucharist and how through this amazing gift, Jesus is here with us always.
This month we’re taking a look at some other topics that are dear to the hearts of Catholics, Mary and the Saints, our family friends in heaven. We hope your family is blessed by diving deeper into this amazing gift of our extended family!

Lesson Notes are a quick overview, including tips and tricks, to go with each of the Home Lessons. You’ll find Notes for Home Lesson 7-1 here, Home Lesson 7-2 here, and Home Lesson 7-3 here.
