We’ve suggested this many times before, but a simple, incremental way to grow in holiness is by reading the daily Scriptures assigned by the Church.  You can find them on our parish website (right sidebar under “daily readings”) and on the United States Catholic Bishop’s website, among other places.

Not only will you gain an overview of the Scriptures, but you’ll see how the Old and New Testaments fit together, you’ll gain a richer view of the seasons of the Church, and you’ll be reading with Catholics throughout the entire world!
