The orange lesson is Advent Activities, one of the four seasonal lessons you’ll get throughout the year: one for Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter – four of the major seasons of the Church year, where we are invited to just step out of our ordinary lives to focus on Jesus in a particular way. 

Christmas and Easter, in many ways, have turned into secular holidays and these four lessons all have ideas to help your family to regain a Christ-centered focus.

The idea isn’t necessarily for you to do every idea given, but to choose one or two that seem right for you to do this year, and perhaps they’ll turn into the kind of family traditions we talked about last month.
