One of the things that sets Family Formation apart is our outstanding customer service. We are here to walk and talk you through every step of the way. With over 30 years of experience with Family Formation in our own parish, we are in the trenches right alongside you. Drawing from that and all the work we do with all of you, we are able to answer most questions and help solve any obstacles you may encounter. And … we have a Core Team of prayer warriors praying for all parishes and families using Family Formation and standing ready to intercede for any specific prayer needs you may have.

Having said that, we are so very excited about the newest piece in our ongoing quest for even better service to all of you: the new and improved Family Formation website which was officially launched this week! Improvements include a cleaner and more updated look, making it easier to find all the information you need. Check it out here.

DASHBOARD

Top on our “favorite-features” list is the new Dashboard specifically designed for subscribing parishes that will allow you to find all the pertinent information you need in one spot. This includes links to the 2018-2019 audios, links to the 2018-2019 Catechist Training DVDs and the Classroom Overviews, and links to the archived issues of the Community News Newsletters. If you are registered as a Print-Your-Own parish, the Dropbox links to the Home Lesson files are available on your Dashboard also. (Files for September – January are currently available. February – May will be added in the future.)
