It’s been 10 years since we first consecrated Family Formation to the care of Our Lady of Good Counsel, and we were very pleased to celebrate that milestone by renewing that consecration at our Core Team meeting today.
Our extended Core Team has spent the last 8 days in prayer for all aspects of this apostolate: Family Formation’s future and direction, prayer for our pastor and other advisors, for the USCCB office that oversees catechetical materials, for our parish Core Team and volunteers who work so hard to prepare the materials our subscribers use, for our upcoming (new!) Foundations program, for our printer, and for all you who use our materials including families, catechists, DREs and parish leaders.
It’s been a beautiful time of celebration and thanksgiving as we recall the amazing ways Our Lady has led us, and we are excited to see what the next 10 years will bring!
