There is lots of classic art depicting heaven, hell, and purgatory, but since most of it (rightly) takes a rather scary view of hell, you might want to take a different direction for your November prayer tables.

Since this is the month when we celebrate all those who have gone before us, you might want to gather together all your Saint statues or holy cards and decorate your prayer table with reminders of those who reached the heavenly goal!

This would also be a fantastic time to display photos of loved ones who have died.  Remember them in your daily prayers and ask that they would intercede for you to be a holier family!
