In keeping with this month’s classroom topic on the Sacrament of Reconciliation, I want to invite you to take a little (very little) field trip with your children. At Church of Saint Paul, we offer two basic times for confession: (1) the regularly scheduled ones every week in the chapel and (2) the seasonal opportunities, offered several times throughout the year (including the upcoming Lenten ones), typically in the main church.
If your family has never received this Sacrament in the confessional, take a few minutes next time you’re at church to peek in the chapel and see what the confessional is like. It’s in the back corner of the chapel, and is open all the time for you to peek in.
