Awesome free stuff

I’m pretty old-school when it comes to phones, but I have to admit that some of the fantastic apps for smart phones make me want to rethink that decision.  This one in particular* has been brought to my attention several times in the past couple weeks.
You can get the Liturgy of the Hours, daily Scripture readings, an interactive Rosary, examination of conscience that generates a list for your next confession, a treasury of prayers, and more, all in multiple languages and all absolutely FREE.  It’s available in iTunes and Android, and people who know about such things keep telling me it’s fantastic!
Also, there was a bit of a face-off at our last parent meeting and Mr. Amirealut with his fancy phone was able to beat me (and my book) in finding the needed Scripture verse.  Not by much, but he was the definite winner. J
*Pronounced in three syllables (“lau-DAH-tay”), it’s Latin for “praise”.
